Tickets, Registrations & Applications
Wristbands, truck registrations, vendor spaces, and media credentials are subject to availability, approval, and the event rules in effect. Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance or a confirmed space. Dates, lineup, schedule, pricing, and features are subject to change.
Event Admission & Conduct
Admission requires a valid wristband and compliance with all venue and event rules. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, without refund.
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at a motor-vehicle event involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume those risks and agree to follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.
Photography & Media Release
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you grant HardyCo Events and its partners the right to use such images and recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of HardyCo Events or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
