Tickets & Entry

Do I need a wristband to get in?
Yes. A valid wristband is required for all guests for entry each day. Advance wristbands can be picked up at the window when you arrive. Hang on to it — you'll need it for re-entry.
How much are wristbands?
Wristbands are on sale now — $35 for the full weekend or $20 for a single day. Kids 5 & under are free with a paying adult. Buy yours online here.
Are kids free?
Kids 5 & under are free with a paying adult, limited to one child per paying adult. Everyone older needs a wristband.
Is the event cashless?
Yes — the Showdown is a cashless event. Bring a card or mobile pay for wristbands, food trucks, vendors, and merch. Some independent vendors may vary, but plan on cashless.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Keep your wristband on and you can re-enter the same day. Wristbands are non-transferable.

At the Show

What time do gates open?
Daily gate and show times are being finalized and will be posted on the schedule as soon as they're locked in. Plan for full days both Friday and Saturday.
What can I bring?
Plan for a family-friendly outdoor event: sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, folding chairs, and comfortable shoes. A full list of allowed and prohibited items will be published before the event.
What's not allowed?
For everyone's safety, expect the usual restrictions on weapons, glass containers, outside alcohol, and drones. Coolers and pets may be limited — the final prohibited-items list will be posted before gates open.
Will there be food and drinks?
Absolutely. Local food trucks will be serving the flavors of South Louisiana all weekend, with drinks available on-site. It's a cashless event, so bring a card or mobile pay.
Is there parking?
Yes — on-site parking is available at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center. Camping and RV guests have separate check-in. See Getting There for directions.

Camping & RV

Can I camp on-site?
Yes. A limited number of tent/car sites (15′×30′) and RV spots are available by the lakes. Check-in opens Friday at 10 AM and runs through Sunday at 10 AM. See the Camping & RV page.
What camping amenities are there?
Plan for climate-controlled restroom & shower trailers and 24-hour security on the grounds. Specific hookup details for RVs will be confirmed on the camping page.
I'd rather book a hotel — what's nearby?
Plenty of hotels sit just off I-10 Exit 177 near Tanger Outlets, about 10 minutes from the venue. See our Where to Stay page for the full list.

Trucks, Vendors & Media

How do I register my truck?
Truck, car, and ATV registration for show-and-shine and awards is opening soon. Watch the passes section for the registration link.
What's included with a lot registration?
Every lot registration — Platinum, Silver, or Bronze — includes one weekend wristband for the driver, entry into the HardyCo Showdown awards plus your tier's own award classes, raffle entries, and a HardyCo merch or loot item. Bringing guests? They'll need their own wristbands, available separately.
How do I become a vendor?
Merchants, artisans, and food vendors can apply on the Vendor Application page. Indoor booths are $250, outdoor $150 — but spots are limited, and the application deadline is August 14.
Do you offer media passes?
Yes — a limited number of media passes are available for photographers and press. Email info@hardycoevents.com with your outlet and portfolio to apply.
How can I sponsor the Showdown?
Sponsorship packages are available now and put your brand in front of thousands of enthusiasts and families. Visit the Sponsors page to see levels and request the deck, or email info@hardycoevents.com.
