Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a measurable standard, and we work to apply these guidelines across the site.
Measures We Take
- Semantic, structured HTML with descriptive headings;
- Alternative text for meaningful images;
- Sufficient color contrast for text;
- Keyboard-navigable menus and forms;
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences in animations.
Known Limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working to improve these areas.
Venue Accessibility
The event is held at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales, LA. If you have specific accessibility needs for attending the event, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
